What if the Contractor joins with a sub 3 month Contract?

If the contractor joins with a contract of less than 3 months we will send you the cheque and gift once the contract has been extended beyond 3 months.

What about MSC rules for Agencies?

If an agency refers someone to Commonwealth Contractors, we will make available to them only PAYE umbrella options. This is reassuring news for legal / compliance teams! (MSC debt transfer provisions are drawn so widely that most legal professionals now believe that the only safe way to avoid liability is to refer only to PAYE solutions)

How to Refer

1. To refer a friend call 0800 294 4388 to speak to an Account Manager or submit the referral form below

2. An Account Manager will contact the contractor immediately to discuss options.

3. If the contractor joins we will call you to thank you and request a delivery address for the cheque

4. Once contracts have been signed we will arrange for the cheque to be sent
