UKBA Shortage Occupation List 2010
If a role is detailed on the UK Border Agency’s Shortage Occupation List a Tier 2 Licensed Sponsor can issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to a migrant worker without the need to conduct a Resident Labour Market Search (RLMS).The UK Border Agency updates the Shortage Occupation List regularly following recommendations from the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC). The Shortage Occupation List was last updated on the 29th April 2010.
