Tier 3 (Unskilled Temporary Migration) Visa

Tier 3 of the UK Border Agency’s Points Based System (PBS) has been suspended indefinitely due to the fact that the Government feels workers from within the EEA currently meet UK labour market demands.

Tier 3 is designed for unskilled temporary migration that is largely seasonal. The Tier replaces the old Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS) & Sectors Based Scheme (SBS)
