Moving from Tier 5 (Working Holiday) to Tier 1 (HSMP)
Do you have a Masters Degree? Are you generating a Highly Skilled wage? If so you may be able to apply for a Tier 1 (General) Visa!
If you don’t have a Masters Degree you may find Tier 2 Sponsorship (formerly UK Work Permit) a great alternative (see below).

Moving from Tier 5 (Working Holiday) to Tier 2 (Work Permit)
If you’re a Healthcare or IT Professional our Tier 2 Licensed Consultancy Partners may be prepared to sponsor you on a Tier 2 (Work Permit) visa where required.
Tier 2 Visas are normally approved quickly (1-3 weeks required), often run for an initial 3 year term & count towards Permanent Residence.
To take on an assignment our Partners must be working further to a project that generates at least £250 per professional day for at least 3 months in duration.
